Service & Volunteer Work
I am committed to contributing to my community, the city, and the preservation profession in ways that are thoughtful, accountable, and equity-driven. You can often find me teaching nomination writing workshops, listening at a community meeting, getting coffee with students, marching in a protest, speaking on alumni panels, or attending work days at historic sites (I even took my mom to one once!), just as often as I frequent my neighborhood dog park. I complete many historic nomination projects pro bono in an effort to give my services to communities who may otherwise not be able to afford them.
